Tomoko Furusawa Short mixed chain necklace

Tomoko Furusawa Short mixed chain necklace
From one of Tomoko Furusawa’s current collections, this Ice Bird short mixed chain necklace features this particular collection’s signature mixed chains and impressive ribbon, pearl combinations accented with birds and glass drop pendants. The black ribbon and black line of mixed pearls gives this piece a really formal feel that’s also very classy. The designer really showed her skill in using a row of lighter colored beads to compliment the black row. It makes the piece much more feminine than it would have been if all the pearls were black. This Ice Bird short mixed chain necklace from Tomoko Furusawa is about 34 cm long at its longest part and fastens easily with a hook to the side. The dainty bird brooch pins at the back. The Tomoko Furusawa’s jewellery line is named after the woman who started it in 2002. She has had a fascination with jewellery for many years. This fascination motivated her to work as a chief buyer for fashion accessory boutiques in Tokyo for numerous years. Her love of jewellery is also what lead Tomoko Furusawa to become a jewellery designer. She has designed jewellery for Angelo Figus’s Spring/Summer 2002 collection and she has also worked for Wouters & Hendrix.
